GrabOn is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support and execute daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning across the HR department.

- The HR Operations Specialist will handle employee records, assist with payroll administration, manage compliance, and provide top-tier HR support.

Job Summary:
- As an HR Operations Specialist, you will manage and streamline HR processes related to employee lifecycle, payroll, HRMS, compliance, and reporting.
- This role involves collaborating with HR teams to ensure that HR operations are effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- You will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives and providing a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Management:
- Support the execution of daily HR operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee data.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS, ensuring all data is accurate and current.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Assist in coordinating payroll processing and ensure all salary components and benefits are administered correctly.
- Manage employee benefits programs, address employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Support:
- Provide timely support for employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly and exits are handled with proper documentation.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing HR metrics and reports to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
HRIS & System Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and process automation where applicable.
- Generate HR reports, track HR metrics, and provide insights for HR and business leaders.
Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Ensure proper documentation for employee records, performance evaluations, and compliance-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data.
Preferred Qualifications and Skillset:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, HRMS, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR compliance, and HR systems (HRMS).
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
