Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a strategic role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Job Summary:
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the company's people strategy by building strong relationships with business leaders, ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- This position involves providing strategic HR support, driving initiatives related to talent management, employee relations, and performance management, while enhancing GrabOn's work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and deliver HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Support organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, ensuring effective resolutions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Assist managers in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and support coaching and mentoring programs.
Talent Development & Retention:
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and implement training programs for employee development.
- Work on talent retention strategies and employee career progression.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to help identify staffing needs and ensure seamless onboarding of new employees.
- Participate in strategic talent acquisition efforts to meet the business's hiring requirements.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide regular reports on HR metrics, employee trends, and program effectiveness to senior management.
Compliance & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and HR best practices.
- Update and implement HR policies to stay aligned with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications and Skillset:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an HRBP or HR generalist role, with exposure to talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and drive HR initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR tools and HRMS platforms.
