About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training.
You will be a valuable asset to the HR team, providing excellent customer service to employees and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire orientations, paperwork processing, and employee benefit enrollment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the investigation and resolution of employee relations issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
Training & Development:
- Assist with the planning and execution of employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Identify training needs and recommend appropriate development opportunities.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits and resolve any issues.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
HR Projects:
- Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management programs, and HR system implementations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (e.g, ADP, Workday).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
