Job Summary:

We are seeking seasoned Finance & Accounts personnel to lead our Financial Reporting and Taxation function and contribute to the strategic growth of our Company. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of Budgeting, Variance Analysis, accounting, compliances, financial reporting, management information system (MIS), costing analysis, handling audits, due diligence, statutory compliances, digitization. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting, finance and tax teams and ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial tasks.
• Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly budgets and their actual analysis with preparation of analysis summary for the Management. To ensure that project budgets are maintained and tracked. Leading the transformation of budgets to ERP control.
• Preparing Revenue & EBITDA Workings and through co-ordination with project teams identify gaps, raise timely concerns and resolve the gaps.
• Management information system for internal and external stakeholders including project level MISs giving one summary view of each project.
• Monitor and improve Internal Financials Controls across all accounting functions.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Single point of contact with external audits, internal auditors and due diligence activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in financial reporting and accounting practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategy.
• Focus of digitization and ensuring that management reports are generated from ERP System and controls are established within ERP.
• Overall control of receivables and payables and interacting with functional teams to make sure that balances are properly reflected.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the TEPC industry.
• Experience of handling multiple projects at one point of time.
• Strong understanding of I-GAAP, Ind-AS and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in accounting software.
• Understanding of financial models.
