Skills: Backend Development in PHP/Python/Java; Frontend Technologies; CI/CD

Experience: 6+ Years
Graduation or Masters: Computer Science, Information Technology
Location: Trivandrum/Bangalore
What will you be doing
The technical lead shall manage a team of 5-10 software developers working on 3-4 projects. Technical
lead is expected to manage projects in agile methodology. You would do the code review of new
developers and mentor them. Technical design and work distribution of the team shall be done by you.
Daily review of software developers
Project planning and work allocation
Analyze requirements and create work plans
Mentoring and hand-holding new recruits
Desired candidate profile
Experience with Agile Methodology
Experience in managing small software team is desirable
5+ years of experience in software development
Strong analytical skills and debugging skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Good communication and leadership skills
Hands-on experience in software development and system administration
Knowledge of strategic IT solutions
Working knowledge of GNU/Linux is highly desirable
