Job Overview:

The Technical Head will oversee and manage the technical aspects of the companys diverse product portfolio, including Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) The role involves providing technical expertise, ensuring product quality, addressing complaints, developing new products, and supporting the sales and marketing teams with training and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Technical Assistance:

Serve as the technical expert for all company products, including Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP).

Provide technical guidance to sales teams, architects, customers, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and waterproofing dealers.

2.Training and Support:

Conduct regular technical training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.

Offer on-demand technical support to customers and corporate clients.

3.Quality Assurance and Control:

Ensure consistent product quality through rigorous quality control processes.

Oversee third-party quality testing and certification for all products to meet industry standards.

4.Customer Complaint Handling:

Manage and resolve technical complaints related to product performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and rectify issues effectively.

5.Product Development and Innovation:

Spearhead the development of new products based on market trends and customer needs.

Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to bring innovative solutions to the market.

6.Technical Presentations:

Deliver technical presentations to corporate customers, roofing sheet traders, waterproofing dealers, and other stakeholders.

Provide in-depth insights into product applications and benefits.

7.Market Engagement:

Engage with architects, consultants, and traders to build awareness of product capabilities and applications.

Offer technical expertise to support customer decision-making in choosing the right products for their projects.

8.Product Certifications:

Coordinate with third-party testing agencies for certifications and quality tests to meet international and industry-specific standards.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Strong technical knowledge of Aluminum Composite Panels.

Proven experience in providing technical training and support to sales teams and customers.

Expertise in quality assurance, complaint handling, and product development.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to address corporate clients, architects, and project consultants.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills to address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, Material Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 15 years experience in a similar technical leadership role within the building materials industry.
