1.RESPONSIBILITIESAQuality Assurance Leadership:

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance in the spinning plant.
• Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the production of high-quality cotton yarn.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to finished product.
• Lead the quality assurance team in conducting regular inspections and testing of raw cotton, yarn, and finished products.

BQuality Control Systems:

• Establish and maintain quality control systems for monitoring and evaluating the production process.
• Implement inspection routines and tests to check the yarn's uniformity, strength, and other physical properties.
• Ensure that all equipment used for quality testing is calibrated and maintained.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and work with production teams to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop strategies to reduce production defects, wastage, and rework.

DStaff Management:

• Manage a team of quality control inspectors, analysts, and technical staff.
• Provide training and mentorship to ensure high standards of quality practices are maintained.
• Organize regular meetings with the production team to discuss quality issues and resolve any challenges.

ECoordination and Reporting:

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to address any quality concerns or customer feedback.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, testing results, and process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to plant management, helping to align quality goals with business objectives.

FCompliance and Certification:

• Ensure that the plant complies with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, Oeko-Tex).
• Lead internal and external audits and certification processes.
• Stay updated on the latest quality standards, market trends, and new technologies related to cotton spinning.

GCustomer Satisfaction:

• Address customer complaints related to product quality and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that product quality meets customer expectations.
• Act as the liaison between the plant and customers to ensure that quality assurance aligns with customer specifications.

HData Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and use statistical tools to make informed decisions.
• Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
