AVP- Sales

Role & responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure success.
• Responsible for Sales closure from USA & Australia Region
• Manage end to end sales (Building strategy to lead generation to closure)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and align with company goals.
• Participate in events & conferences
• Effectively maintain and track the pipeline & performance using CRM

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-10 Years of experience with growing IT services companies (MUST HAVE)
• Must have been a part of strategy building team or led the strategy building within organization
• Must have sales experience in Product Engineering & Cloud Consulting services
• Must have large network of clients from previous experiences
• Must be open to travel to international locations as per business needs
• Experience in building relation & increase revenue by working with partners like AWS and GCP.
• Must be open to work in various shifts as per changing business needs
