Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead customer relationship management efforts in the real estate sector. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing inquiries related to bookings, documentation, and sales, raising challans through the website, and coordinating discussions between directors and clients for sales closures. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless customer experience, streamline communication, and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries related to property bookings, documentation, and sales progress.
• Challan Generation & Documentation: Manage and oversee the generation of challans through the company’s website, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
• Sales Closure Coordination: Arrange and facilitate high-level discussions between directors and potential buyers to drive successful deal closures.
• Customer Query Handling: Respond to customer concerns, provide necessary clarifications, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Follow-ups & Client Engagement: Ensure regular follow-ups with customers regarding project updates, documentation status, and next steps.
• Process Optimization: Improve CRM processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior CRM executives, ensuring high service standards.
• Reporting & MIS: Maintain records of customer interactions, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 10+ years in CRM, sales coordination, or customer service within the real estate sector.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in real estate CRM software and website-based systems
• Ability to handle high-value customer interactions and escalations
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in customer engagement strategies for luxury or high-value real estate properties.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation and regulatory compliance.
