The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving Goodyears talent acquisition strategy for the Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad. This individual will leverage their experience in tech recruiting to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for critical roles across a variety of technical domains, including software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech landscape, the ability to partner with business leaders, and the skills to execute on the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, global environment.

Job Responsibilities

You will implement and facilitate sourcing strategy using various methodologies and channels

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers to gain better understanding of the hiring requirements, plan the resources needed to support the business and understand talent acquisition demand

You will conduct talent pipelining activities by utilizing effective and efficient sourcing channels and media platforms and ensure continuous flow of candidates to proactively meet recruitment demand

You will post job ads using appropriate and creative methodologies to attract the best and diverse candidates aligned with Goodyears branding and EVP

You will creat offer analysis aligned with company guidelines, engage with candidates on offer discussion and support pre-onboarding requirements facilitatation in partnership with Country HR representatives/ COEs, HR Business Partners

You will join recruitment events as needed and support talent attraction branding initiatives (e.g. University Relations and EVP promotion)

You will maintain hiring reports and provide insights to help enhance hiring strategy and provide solutions

Job Requirements

7+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong background in hiring for software development, data science, IT, and related roles

Deep understanding of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies, and familiarity with the skills and competencies required for a variety of technical roles.

Experience hiring for global teams, with a demonstrated ability to understand and manage cultural nuances and different labor market dynamics across regions.

Experience working in a corporate global capability center or similar high-growth environment.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, agility to provide various hiring solutions and be able to collaborate effectively with various teams to deliver results

Knowledgeable in creating hiring reports and presentation using Microsoft Application or other tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau)
