Leader for Managing the Plant Electrical Distribution Network & Electrical Safety
Responsible for all Legal & statutory Compliance of Electrical utilities
Responsible for smooth operation of Utility Equipments
Manage Capex & Opex activities of Electrical Utilities
Controlling the Team of Engineers and HAs rotating in shifts
Energey reduction activities in the plant
Co-ordination with Government authorities ie MSEDCL,Electrical inspecrorate etc.
Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Utility services
Site improvement activities
Spare Part Overview by supporting the spare part competencies of PO
To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance
Encourage the teams to involve in Hazard elimination sub committee in PEC pillar
Analyze safety incidents and provide corrective action plan
Leading & Managing Plant Electrical Safety Officers responsibilities.
Lead and drive the Hazard prevention and control initiative at plant level through the engagement of Maintenance teams in consultation with EHS team as per PEC MS standards.
To make sure safety and CTI compliance
Energy Conversation:
Monitor and improve Efficiency of Air Compressor, Refrigeration Plant, Boiler, DHU and Vacuum Pumps etc.
Legal Compliance Overview & action
Follow up and actions in line to the requirement of Legal stakeholders
