The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving Goodyear's talent acquisition strategy for the Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad. This individual will leverage their experience in tech recruiting to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for critical roles across a variety of technical domains, including software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech landscape, the ability to partner with business leaders, and the skills to execute on the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- You will implement and facilitate sourcing strategy using various methodologies and channels
- You will collaborate with HR Business Partners & Hiring Managers to gain better understanding of the hiring requirements, plan the resources needed to support the business and understand talent acquisition demand
- You will conduct talent pipelining activities by utilizing effective and efficient sourcing channels and media platforms and ensure continuous flow of candidates to proactively meet recruitment demand
- You will post job ads using appropriate and creative methodologies to attract the best and diverse candidates aligned with Goodyear's branding and EVP
- You will creat offer analysis aligned with company guidelines, engage with candidates on offer discussion and support pre-onboarding requirements facilitatation in partnership with Country HR representatives/ COEs, HR Business Partners
- You will join recruitment events as needed and support talent attraction branding initiatives (e.g. University Relations and EVP promotion)
- You will maintain hiring reports and provide insights to help enhance hiring strategy and provide solutions
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a strong background in hiring for software development, data science, IT, and related roles in a global or multi-national environment
- Deep understanding of the tech landscape, including emerging technologies, and familiarity with the skills and competencies required for a variety of technical roles.
- Experience hiring for global teams, with a demonstrated ability to understand and manage cultural nuances and different labor market dynamics across regions.
- Experience working in a corporate global capability center or similar high-growth environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, agility to provide various hiring solutions and be able to collaborate effectively with various teams to deliver results
- Knowledgeable in creating hiring reports and presentation using Microsoft Application or other tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau)
