Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through direct field visits and customer interactions. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest innovative sales approaches.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the company and customers.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure continued engagement.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management.
  • Use CRM software to track sales performance and client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience


  • 2-4 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Technical & Soft Skills


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Two-Wheeler must have.

Preferred Industry Experience


  • FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Industrial Sales.
  • B2B or B2C sales experience is a plus.
