Ecommerce Manager- Food Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Seller accounts setup and manage listings and operations on platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
• Oversee order processing, inventory, and timely delivery coordination.
• Plan sponsor ads, promotions, offers, and campaigns to boost sales.
• Monitor customer reviews and resolve queries to enhance satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and create regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with teams for seamless operations and marketing alignment

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce account management
• Proven experience driving growth in a similar ecommerce business
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills
• A problem solver with the ability to interpret data and act on it
• Knowledge of Image editing and image optimization
