Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies for the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online marketing tools and strategies and will be able to manage integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels (social media, search engines, email, and content marketing).
2. Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns to meet KPIs such as traffic growth, lead generation, and conversion rates.
3. Optimize content for websites, social media platforms, and paid ad campaigns.
4. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities for growth.
5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
6. Manage the companys online presence, including website updates and SEO improvements.
7. Coordinate with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and campaign execution.
8. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
