Maintenance Manager

KIDYS FOOD PRODUCTS PVT. LTD, a reputable bakery brand, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Noida factory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SOP's for all departments
• Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of all bakery manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff to maintain high operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and improve machine performance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
• Liaise with equipment vendors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the bakery or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
• Experience with maintenance software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to manufacturing.
