Job Description

We seek a Practice Operations Associate with 1-3 years of Experience. As a Practice Operations Associate they will play a pivotal role in optimizing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice. They will be responsible for implementing efficient processes, managing resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to drive the success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.
Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve productivity and quality.
Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Provide guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and effective decision-making.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.

Allocate and optimize resources to meet project demands and organizational goals.
Monitor and manage workloads to ensure teams are adequately resourced and deadlines are met.
Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.

Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding operational matters, ensuring client satisfaction.

Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for practice.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve the quality of practice operations.
Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Electronics, computer science and IT

Degree/certificate in Business administration, operations management, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience of 1-3 years in a similar operational leadership role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Familiarity with Technology/software Industry is advantageous.
