Chief Manager / Associate GM -Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Market mapping and product promotion in international market.
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities to expand company's customers base both in export and domestic market.
3. Sales & marketing in international market including lead generation. connecting with customers and closing the potential enquiries by conversion of enquiry to sales order. Handle entire export sales and marketing (except those clients which are already handled by existing Sales team members
4. Handle and overview entire documentation process for export Orders (pre shipment and post Shipment) Including sharing information with customers and arranging timely delivery of documents to the bank or the customer as required
5. Domestic and International sales & marketing in area specifically allotted by management
6. Maintain Track and keep record of inquiry and sample forwarding status.
7. Developing New Business plan and strategies for multiple product line markets that ensures
8. delivering against the annual sales plan and profitability.
9. Make economical travel plans and meet customers in person whenever required
10. Timely payment collection from the customers & preparing feedback reports on payment collections. Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.
11. Closely working with technical team at customer's end for new product development, primarily at lab scale, pilot batch trial and bulk trail
12. Respond to customer complaints and forward the details to GM and coordinate in solving the complaints
13. Coordination and communication with plant team for timely production and dispatches of material and confirming that all specific requirements about readiness of material, dispatch details etc. as mentioned by the customer for a particular order are fulfilled in TOTO, ensuring zero defects.
14. Prepare and share daily working report with the management and monitor daily sales and profitability against the given targets
15. Participating in exhibitions & events as an exhibition or a visitor for publicity propaganda of own product and services.
16. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
