Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition, lead management, and relationship building with existing clients.
  • Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Car Rental Company is preferable
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B corporate sales or business development in the IT services & consulting industry.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably Marketing specialization).
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue generation through new client acquisition and retention.
