Job Description:
Role & responsibilities:
- Achievement of Sales Target of GARLs Packed Oil Business.
- Managing, Developing & ensuring Target (Quantative & Qualitative) Achievement of GARL Sales & Distribution Function/ SBU.
- Preparing and presenting Annual Business Plan and Finacial forecast and getting the same approved from CBO Marketing GARL.
- Cost optimization of CFA & Sales operation of GARL.
- Budget Vs. Actual.
- Ensuring appointment of new & development of existing Distributors through Regional Sales Managers / independently.
- Ensuring meeting Distribution Targets (Towns, Outlets , Bakers).
- Taking effective steps to open uncovered towns / outlets / Bakers within the Region.
- Regular review of Business Performance of Sales Team.
- Subsequently guiding / demanding from Sales Team Members to improve Business Volume of covered towns / outlets / Bakers within the Region.
- Sharing structured feedback of CFA, Distributor & Sales Teams Performance on a Monthly basis/ as and when asked for.
- Ensuring healthy Business Relations with Business Partners (CFA/ Distributors/ Retailers/ Wholesalers / Bakers) of the Region.
- Sharing Sauda Period details along with action taken report to Director Marketing GARL on a Fortnightly basis/ as and when required.
- Reviwing , Monitering and acting with Regional Sales Mangers on Overdue payments against Supplies made by GARL to Distributors.
- Weekly review of Overdue and submitting actions (Proposed / taken).
- Approving / modifying / Suggesting / Declining Trade Marketing Activities proposed by Regions.
- Ensuring Timely Submission of Sales & Distribution MIS.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor & seniors.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Should have proven Sales Record.
- Candidate from Edible oil , bakery & FMCG industry dealing through Distribution Network will be preferred.
