Regional Sales Manager
- Achievement of Sales Target of the Region.
- Managing, Developing & ensuring Target (Quantative & Qualitative) Achievement of his/her Team Members.
- Assisting National Sales Manager for appointment of most suited Carrying & Forwarding Agents.
- Cost optimization of CFA & Sales operation of the Region.
- Appointment of new & development of existing Distributors through Regional Sales Team / independently.
- Performing act of Redistribution of Gokul Products along with Sales Team or independently through Distributors network.
- Taking effective steps to open uncovered towns / outlets / Bakers within the Region.
- Regular review of Business Performance of Sales Team. Subsequently guiding / demanding from Sales Team Members to improve Business Volume of covered towns / outlets / Bakers within the Region.
- Sharing structured feedback of CFA, Distributor & Sales Team's Performance on a Monthly basis/ as and when asked for to the National Sales Manager.
- Ensuring healthy Business Relations with Business Partners (CFA/ Distributors/ Retailers/ Wholesalers / Bakers) of the Region.
- Ensuring Timely lifting of Sauda by the Distributors of the Region.
- Sharing Sauda Period details along with action taken report to National Sales Manager on a weekly basis/ as and when asked for by NSM.
- Collection of dues against Supplies made by GARL to Distributors. Daily review of Over dues and taking action to keep the Region under prescribed Credit Norms.
- Planning, Proposing & Launching Cost & result effective Trade Marketing Activity to enhance Business Volume & Business association with Trade partners.
- Ensuring Timely Submission of Region's MIS to National Sales Manager & Director Marketing -GARL.
