Senior Manager / AGM- Compensation & Benefits

Role & responsibilities

• Understand industry Compensation & Benefit practice, bring more structure to salary review process. Exposure to international C&B practices will be added advantage
• Frame C&B related policies
• Design Employee Benefit programs
• Manage Performance Management process
• Design incentives and reward program
• Lead Compensation related surveys
• Analytics to Management team

Pre-requisites in Candidate: -

• B School graduated (XIMB, XLRI, Symbiosis, TAPMI, etc)
• Commerce or Engineering background preferred
• Exposure to international C&B practices will be added advantage
• Experience in handling Employee Benefits program
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS, HR Analytics
• Experience in handling Pay revisions

Qualification & Experience: B Scholl Grad / Post Graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
