AGM/ DGM- HR Shared Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement the HRSS strategy aligned with the organization's overall HR and business objectives.

Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures across all HRSS operations.

Ensure continuous improvement of HRSS processes through innovation and best practices.

Operational Excellence:

Lead and manage day-to-day HRSS operations, including payroll processing, Onboarding support, Benefit administration, and HR systems management.

Monitor and improve the HRSS performance metrics to ensure high service levels.

Implement HR technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of HRSS specialists to ensure high performance and continuous development.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated services.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR service delivery.

Provide regular reports to senior management on HRSS performance, cost savings, and employee satisfaction.

Pre-Requisites:

• Graduation/post-graduation in Human Resources / Business Administration, or related field with HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in HR Shared Services role.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and technologies.
