Fitout Manager (Exclusively For Women)

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure resident possession in coordination with client CRM & Projects team
• Ensure all necessary utilities are being given during fit out
• Ensure Drawing submission and approval for fit out work are being obtained prior Fit Out Commencement.
• Maintain records of all as build drawing and approved drawings of fit out.
• Make sure all instruction / guidelines is being followed while carrying the fit out activities
• Provide necessary permits (High work, hot work permit) before work commencement.
• Coordinate for all necessary security arrangement for execution of Fit Out.
• Liaise with resident to meet out their day-to-day requirement.
• Keep an effective control on work in progress.
• Ensure all safety requirements are being followed at site.
• Advise residents contractor on minor execution issues in apartments.
• Ensure that all residents meet design control specifications as laid down in fit out manual.
• Liaison with residents in case any issue and provide them with maximum support if required.
• Ensure Fit Out-tracking report is maintained.
• Liaise with Client/ PM for any change in the layout at the site
• Ensure to maintain data related to Fit out & present it to concern stakeholders as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Certification in Project Management is a plus
