We place medical professionals, of various specialties, in contract and per diem assignments within client healthcare facilities across all 50 states. To support our growth, we are looking to add a motivated and hard-working Offshore Recruitment Support Specialist to our team.

The Recruitment Support Specialist will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities. He or she will provide the best possible experience for our travel healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service. The Recruitment Support Specialist will work closely with Senior Recruiters to support them in the areas of sourcing, matching, presentation and submission of candidates to various travel healthcare opportunities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Pro-actively source and cultivate qualified healthcare candidates through various
   channels including our database, referrals, job boards, social media and more
2. Build and maintain long lasting relationships with candidates and develop strong
   understanding of their personal and professional goals
3. Identify and discuss available assignment opportunities to meet candidate needs
4. Facilitate submission and compliance process for placement, gathering the required documents and credentials required for submission
5. Create, update and maintain Lead Health Professional Profiles for Senior Recruiter(s)
6. Maintain social networks - execute the Senior Recruiters social marketing strategy
7. Email Marketing - Compose and send marketing emails to generate interest in Leads hot jobs
8. Surveys and Evaluations Send out and track surveys and performance evaluations for Senior Recruiters placed candidates
9. Ad hoc support and other requests as assigned by Senior Recruiter(s)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

• Prior healthcare staffing recruitment experience with a US-based staffing agency or offshoring firm; ideally with experience working with Bullhorn or other CRM/ATS platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of discipline and responsibility to achieve results in a remote working
  environment
• Outgoing, gregarious people person who is obsessed with delivering for others
• Savvy in sourcing candidates, breaking the ice and developing quality relationships
• Good listener who asks the right questions to better understand candidates / clients needs
  and deliver for them
• Motivated, trustworthy and persuasive, not salesy
• Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize multiple urgent initiatives
• Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
