Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

Global Nurse Force is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, providing information about our services, and assisting with recruitment processes. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients.
• Provide information about nursing job opportunities abroad.
• Answer inquiries regarding job requirements, benefits, and application processes.
• Maintain and update the database with accurate candidate details.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and collect necessary documents.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle candidate concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment or healthcare-related telecalling.
• Knowledge of overseas nursing recruitment processes.
