Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us drive meaningful traffic and conversions through expertly managed paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, in-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies, and a passion for optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify relevant and profitable keywords.
• Develop, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement optimization strategies based on data insights.
• Generate regular reports tracking campaign performance and provide insights for future optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or PPC advertising.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, including keyword research, campaign structure, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
• Proficiency in major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactive approach to testing and implementing new strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
