DYNAMICS 365 SPECIALIST
DUTIES INCLUDE:
• Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business
requirements, focusing on sales and marketing modules.
• Implement advanced data analytics within Dynamics 365 using JavaScript and other
programming languages to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to automate processes, improve data
flow, and provide actionable insights through Dynamics 365.
• Manage Dynamics 365 integrations with other business applications and platforms,
ensuring seamless data exchange and system functionality.
• Conduct regular system audits, performance optimizations, and updates to ensure the
Dynamics 365 environment supports evolving business needs.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users, enhancing their
understanding and effective use of Dynamics 365 features.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on customization and
development using JavaScript.
• Proven experience in database programming and management, with the ability to design
and implement effective data structures within Dynamics 365.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify trends and
insights from complex data sets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
and business objectives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Dynamics 365 updates and
best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 customization and development. Additional

knowledge in broader ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge in JavaScript and experience with other programming languages such as C#,
.NET, or HTML.
• Experience with SQL Server or other database management systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a
plus.
