Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience to oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge of roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, UX/UI design, and stakeholder management. This role focuses on ensuring product development aligns with market demands and business objectives while delivering value to users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Lifecycle Management:
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with teams to define product features and prioritize them based on user needs and business goals.
2. Roadmap Planning & Delivery:
• Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.
• Track progress to ensure timely delivery of features and updates.
3. Agile Development Collaboration:
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure efficient delivery of product requirements.
4. UX/UI Design Coordination:
• Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Provide input to ensure alignment with user expectations and brand standards.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Provide regular updates on product progress and milestones.
6. Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct basic market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Use insights to support product development and strategy.
7. Performance Tracking:
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback.
• Recommend improvements based on data and user insights

Key Skills:

• Understanding of roadmap planning and product lifecycle concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Exposure to product design and Agile workflows is preferred.
