Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience to oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, UX/UI design, and stakeholder management. This role is critical in aligning product development with market demands, business goals, and user needs, while ensuring a seamless product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Lifecycle Management:
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to market delivery.
• Prioritize features and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time and within scope.
2. Roadmap Planning & Strategy:
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously assess product direction based on market feedback, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
3. Agile Methodology Implementation:
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the Agile process is followed, enabling efficient collaboration and delivery.
4. UX/UI Design Collaboration:
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the product’s interface is user-friendly and meets design standards.
• Provide feedback to ensure design decisions align with user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
5. Stakeholder Management:
• Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, manage expectations, and communicate product progress.
• Ensure transparency and alignment across teams, from developers to executives.
6. Market Research & Product Strategy:
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, user needs, and competitor products.
• Use insights to refine product strategy and inform decision-making.
7. Performance Tracking & Optimization:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for products and monitor post-launch performance.
• Work with the team to iterate on products, driving continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in roadmap planning and product strategy development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to inform product decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in IT or product design environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
