Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to source top talent.
• Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Interviewing:
• Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective interview processes.
• Provide interview training and guidelines to hiring managers and teams.
• Employer Branding:
• Develop and promote the organization’s employer value proposition (EVP).
• Enhance the company’s online presence through social media and career platforms.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
• Collaboration and Strategy:
• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to improve the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend best practices in talent acquisition.
• On boarding and Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a seamless on boarding process for new hires to enhance their experience.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Strong knowledge of employer branding strategies and tools.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
