Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 5–10 years of expertise to oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in roadmap planning, Agile methodologies, UX/UI design, and stakeholder management. This role is essential in driving product strategy, ensuring successful product execution, and aligning product development with market demands, business goals, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management:
• Own and manage the product lifecycle, from initial concept through development, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product vision aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Strategic Roadmap Planning & Execution:
• Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product roadmaps, aligned with organizational goals.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives, balancing short-term needs and long-term strategy.
3. Agile Leadership & Process Implementation:
• Champion Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring efficient project execution through Scrum or Kanban.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and performance reviews to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases.
4. UX/UI Design Direction:
• Partner closely with UX/UI teams to ensure user-centric designs and seamless product experiences.
• Validate and guide design decisions, ensuring the product’s user interface aligns with brand values and user expectations.
5. Stakeholder Management & Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Regularly update leadership and cross-functional teams on progress, risks, and milestones.
6. Market & Competitive Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Use insights to inform product strategy, drive innovation, and maintain competitive advantages.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making & Product Optimization:
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Use analytics and metrics to guide decision-making, iterate on the product, and optimize user engagement.

Key Skills:

• Proven expertise in roadmap planning, strategic vision, and product lifecycle management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Extensive experience in UX/UI design principles and a strong understanding of design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of leveraging data and metrics for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on IT and product design.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving product success from ideation to delivery.
