Job Description
- The incumbent shall be responsible for the documentation and administration of multiple high-value projects, whilst adhering to the corporate governance protocols, and help in constructing projects across Hyderabad s Aerotropolis
The incumbent shall also be the custodian of all documentation related to the design team, and coordinate to draft the documentation while coordinating the internal & external stakeholders, with a high level of operational efficiency and quality consciousness
- Single point of contact between Design team and Procurement/Finance team
- Prepare and maintain a directory of consultants, D&B contractors, OEMs and specialists
- Discuss with consultants and vendors to prepare budgets & estimates for upcoming financial years
- Involved in the record keeping of procurement of at least 5 projects worth ~INR 100 crores in total over the last 3-4 years, with experience in onboarding multiple consultants, vendors, specialists
- Exposure in coordinating with consultants / contractors / vendors / PMCs
- Should have worked in large teams, with capacity to manage all tasks related to the organization
- Exposure to corporate governance, bureaucracy and culture
Tech/ M
Com / Any Qualification, as long as exposure in design administration and procurement
- 12-15 years of experience with a Corporate Developer / Grade-A Contractor / Program Management Office, out of which at least 5 years of experience in procurement and accounting
