The project:
This will be a unique and possibly India s largest hotel development. It will include two hotels - one a luxury hotel and the second a business hotel. In addition to conference facilities in both hotels, the development will also have commercial/office space.
Manages the implementation of design management system/s and its effectiveness in meeting business, statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
Acts as an enabler for change, business improvement and delivers distinctive value for clients.
Oversees all phases or stages of design management including interactions/coordination with construction, commercial, programme and procurement.

- You will guide daily activities of the team of design management resources for project/s.
- You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes and sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
- You will be a point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.
- Interprets and presents management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Supports business development and work winning activities.

- Responsible for coordinating activities to deliver assigned elements of annual business plan outcomes to deadlines and budget requirements.
- Guides daily activities of the team of design management resources for project/s.
- Ensures briefs and stakeholder requirements are adhered to.
- Provides operational support for design management resource deployed to project/s.

You ll need to have:
- Bachelor s degree in architecture.
- Experience of design coordination with multiple consultants.
- Good knowledge and application of design management systems, design risk management and mitigation.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
You ll also have:
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
- Construction and consultancy expertise.
- Knowledge of building safety legislation, building standards, construction contracts, professional appointments and health and safety legislation.
- Experience of working in large, diverse teams.
- Experience of developing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
