FMS Contract Management

JOB PURPOSE

Monitor the boarding gates, check-in counters and baggage reclaim Visual Docking Guidance System (VDGS) and Gate Operating System (GOS) at DIAL through Closed Circuit Television, make manual / automated announcements and coordinate with concerned teams to take corrective action for removing congestion in the terminal as per the requirement of Airlines/ Operations.

The role will support GM/ AGM Hospitality District in administering FMS contracts, manage cashflows, monitoring SLAs and budget targets, timely MIS and dashboards for accurate information on (1) Aerocity operating parameters such as water, electricity, footfalls, vehicular traffic etc. (2) compliances, and (3) cashflows

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Aerocity Hospitality District CAM Budget Preparation, Implementation, and Cash Flow Management

• Prepare the Annual and monthly budgets and spend in collaboration with the facility management agency and other relevant stakeholders

Support in ensuring that FMS agency adheres to defined plan and budget.

Annual CAM budget of INR 12-15 Cr

• Direct Reports and Supporting Agencies with an overall reporting staff strength of over 150 employees serving an overall campus of more than 60 Acres/6 million Sft hosting 11 hospitality brands, 100+ Fortune 500 companies office, premium retail and F&B brands.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• PG/MBA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and creation of presentations
• Good inter-personal skills
