Manager-Project Integration (Construction)

JOB PURPOSE

Project Integrator will be associated with all the projects and shall be responsible to develop project execution strategy for each site in coordination with Chief Development Officer and his team, develop and monitor adoption of AOP, Strategic Initiatives, create action plan to suit each project s strategic initiatives, develop matrices of Project health and performance criteria which can be used for the purpose of preparing of senior management review process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators

PMO Project :-

Preparation of action plan wrt implementation of Strategic Initiatives through cross functional engagement.
Ensure analysis of all project related data in terms of time and cost.
Collate and analyze daily project report, weekly and monthly project report to advise CDO with regard to project corrective action initiation.
Prepare MIS for Senior Management review
Ensure implementation of all the directions from the senior management and complete action taken report.
Ensure all Projects improvement initiatives, value addition initiatives, stakeholder input requirement are implemented
Meeting various external agency to ensure debottlenecking of various project related action points

Regular data compilation and analysis.
Number of value engineering proposals adopted
Participate in the audits to avoid project non-compliances.
Documentations & implementations of ISO 9001 , LEED for all the projects.
Monitoring of the safe man hours

Data Management & ATR tracking :-

Progress reporting as per Project
Preparation of Standardize SOPs and convert other running project SOP as Project guidelines.
Track timely closure Project Related Action items.
Analyse Project performance and Project Dashboard data
Update of war room data.
Develop 3 months rolling action items.

Ensure zero non-compliance to statutory requirements, complying stake holder requirements and project objectives.
Closure of project audits observations/Sr. Management observation to avoid non-compliances wrt to project performance.
Target vs. Actuals wrt Time. Cost, Unit Rate Reporting

Review & Develop:-

Ensure thru project team Certifications compliance & Statutory/Regulatory requirements.
Maintaining the Track Register for all important activities.
Process efficacy checking across projects
Capture health condition of Projects wrt NCR.
Capture and Implement best Practices and lessons learnt across projects
Review and track claim and design change processes.
Develop a detailed Data Bank of Vendors / Consultants etc

Ensure of Closure of audits observations to avoid non-compliances.
Timely response of various internal and external communications
Resolution of complaints & its analysis to avoid its repetitions

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Civil Engineering or B. Arch
• MBA desirable

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

7 10 total years of experience
Should be well qualified, experienced and matured individual with good exposure to construction business/management.
Must have worked in two/three major organizations/Groups.
Fully conversant with the use of Primavera, AutoCad , MS Project, SAP, power point presentation, MS Access
Experience in carrying system integration/analysis/process creation and management/process simplification.
