DIAL is going through a transformation process with multiple changes in the environment viz. developing a hub at IGIA (in line with the hub aspirations of GoI). In line with these, DIAL had appointed consultants to develop strategies to be implemented by DIAL. Consultants have given 25-30 key strategies to be implemented by DIAL over the next 3-5 years.
Over the years, DIAL has been steadily building its capabilities in Strategy Deployment including Enterprise Risk Management.
Going forward, there needs to be focus on deployment of all key initiatives to be implemented including for competitiveness this will involve working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure that our organizations strategic goals and objectives are effectively implemented and executed. Given this, a role is proposed to created under Head-SPG will own and drive strategy deployment and risk management processes at DIAL
Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators
Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and refine organizations strategic plan, including goals, objectives
Communicating the organizations strategic goals and objectives to stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Lead Strategy deployment for DIAL
Jointly developing detailed project plans and timelines to achieve strategic objectives, and monitoring progress against these plans.
Monitor / Implement Competitive Initiatives and Hub Initiatives
Take lead in monitoring of all initiatives identified under competitiveness and hub initiatives
Drive other Strategic Initiatives identified for DIAL
Act as Project Manager for key Strategic Initiatives
For other initiatives, Monitor other SPG project managers for implementation
Drive Policy advocacy for DIAL
Drive ERM for DIAL
Identifying and monitoring risks that could impact the successful execution of the organizations strategic plan.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the organizations resources are effectively allocated to support strategic initiatives; including the same are delivered on time.
Facilitating meetings and discussions with key stakeholders to ensure that the organization remains focused on its strategic goals and objectives.
Conducting regular assessments of the organizations strategic plan and strategic initiatives to ensure that it remains relevant and effective.
Program management for enterprise risk management
Implementation of management directions on strategy deployment and risk management for the organization
Responsible to drive all DEC reviews

12-15 years of total experience with at least 5-7 years as lead in Strategy function of a Large Corporate/MNC or Management Consulting Firm. Experience in Infrastructure & Real Estate Sectors preferred.
