Develops EPC based Site HR policy in consultation with Management and coordinates human resources activities covering the entire employee life cycle.
Accountabilities
Manpower Planning, AOP and Talent Acquisition:
Consolidate manpower requirements from across the SBUs and consolidation of the same Develop Company-wise, SBU-wise and JRL wise manpower Nos/Cost projections for AOP.
End-to-End responsibility for recruitment of assigned positions in Energy Sector Corporate from sourcing, selection, shortlisting, salary negotiations and onboarding. Monitoring and ensuring closure of Critical recruitments, follow-ups, coordination with SSC, SBU HR and Unit HR and the interview panel for closure of critical recruitments. Develop recruitment MIS and ensure adherence to SLAs with respect to timelines, cost of hiring and quality of hiring Accommodation, Guest House, Canteen, Mess, Transportation etc.
End-to-End HR Operations and HR Analytics
Standardise on-boarding process and develop strategies for on-boarding
Develop New Joiner Process and implement in Energy Corporate and also uniformly across sites Conduct and facilitate monthly induction program for all new joinees across the sector.
Developing insights for excellence in HR Delivery based on Analytics Track and monitor Advisor/Principal Associate contracts, invoice processing and payments Preparation of HR Dashboard for Employee Lifecycle management and updation of the same. Tracking and resolution of employee issues viz. , reimbursements, grievances and other SSC related issues Support audits and due diligences based on requirement and ensure
closure of audit observations Ensuring smooth off boarding of employees, 100% statutory compliances for Energy Corporate, hassle-free employee mediclaim settlements, smooth functioning of outsourced manpower / HR&FMS jobs through coordination with outsourcing agency and management.
Development and Management of CHROs BSC, MIS and Reviews
Support in developing CHROs BSC and ensure timely review
Monitor progress on measurable goals on a weekly/monthly basis by collating
and giving updates in a structured manner to CHRO and Plant HR Heads
Monitor and ensure Weekly Calls with Unit HR Heads and escalation issues out of SLA to competent authority
Develop and finalize monthly HR MIS and facilitate in reviews. Drive strategies for excellence in HR Delivery
Recruitment Consultants, Statutory Audits
Employees, Vertical Heads, Plant and BHR Energy
Team, HRC Members
SBU Heads, Finance Heads, SSC and Corporate HR
Monitoring all site HR Function
To handle at least 100-150 personnel at Site including Direct & Indirect.
Coordination with Site Locations on Various HR matters
Graduate with MBA HR
Basic Computer Knowledge/ SAP
6 to 8 years of experience
Should have a minimum of 3 years experience in corporate HR
