Key Responsibilities

Provide non-voice technical assistance to clients via email, chat, or ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues related to systems, software, or platforms.

Web Development Assistance (Post Training):

Apply training to assist clients with website setup, CMS management , and basic web

troubleshooting.

Support customers with performance optimization and website-related queries.

Customer Communication:

Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to address their concerns.

Escalate complex issues to senior teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution.

Documentation:

Log customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately for reference.

Identify patterns in customer issues and recommend process improvements.
