Job Profile:

We are looking for a young dynamic candidate to be our Customer Support executives with excellent Communication Skills and fluent English language in both Spoken & Written.

These candidates will be responsible to create awareness for our products.

*Willing to work in Night Shift (US timings like 06:00 PM to 03:00 PM or 07:00 PM to 04:00 PM.

*Need to Work from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Role & responsibilities:

• Good spoken and written English skills to be able to interact with overseas clients; ability to understand foreign accent will be preferred.
• The candidate need to persuade customers about the utility of the products and answer the queries related to it.
• Handles correspondences including incoming mails, emails, faxes, etc and to respond.
• Create business opportunities.
• Identifying Customers needs clarify information, research each issue and provide solutions.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing options.
• Products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
• Recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
• bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Must be a Graduate,
• Experience in International process preferred,
• Good command over English & Computer literacy (MS Office),
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
