Work Location- Healthians Hub, Plot No. 518, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurgaon (near Radisson Hotel, Udyog Vihar)

Job Profile & Selection Criteria
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Very very bad and pathetic Stay Back , overtime is compulsory, approx every day 2-3 hour . but at the time of interview told by hr only rare case will do stay back. But completely company is fraud. No one listen. Don't join.
Every this is bad i think dislike is small word. I have no word to explain.
