Job Description: Business Development Executive (Female Candidates Only)

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven female candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives. This role involves connecting with job aspirants, explaining job opportunities, and guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to job aspirants via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Clearly explain job roles, requirements, and company expectations to potential candidates.
• Build strong relationships with job aspirants to understand their career goals and provide tailored guidance.
• Assist candidates in the application process, ensuring all required documents and details are submitted correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and update the database regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
