Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming and entertainment facility, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent management skills and a deep understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of the facility s operations, including gaming areas, entertainment zones, food and beverage services, and retail spaces.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, including supervisors and frontline staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Customer Experience:

Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service and operational excellence.

Facility Management:

Ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address any operational issues promptly.
Oversee the procurement and management of supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Event Management:

Plan and execute events, promotions, and activities to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
Monitor the success of events and make recommendations for improvements.

Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:

Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the gaming and entertainment industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday work to support the facility s operations.
