Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all HR activities within the organization.
- As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for shaping the company's HR strategy, creating a high-performance work culture, and ensuring that HR practices align with organizational goals.
- You will lead a team of HR professionals and partner closely with senior leadership to address employee needs, optimize organizational structure, drive talent acquisition, and foster an inclusive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HR strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives and corporate culture.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing HR insights to drive business outcomes.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee recruitment strategies and ensure the hiring process aligns with business needs.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet both short- and long-term organizational goals.
- Foster relationships with recruitment partners and agencies to attract top talent.
- Create programs that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Design and implement employee recognition programs that align with company values.
- Oversee employee surveys and feedback mechanisms, and develop strategies to address concerns.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
- Advise managers on performance improvement strategies and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve leadership, management, and employee performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee the management of employee benefits, compensation structures, and incentive plans.
- Ensure compensation programs are aligned with market trends and organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- A Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
Proven Expertise:
- Strong experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Leadership Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of HR professionals.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to think and act strategically, balancing both short-term operational needs with long-term organizational goals.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Employee-Centric Approach:
- A deep understanding of employee engagement, organizational development, and retention strategies.
Change Management Expertise:
- Proven experience leading change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation.
Legal and Compliance Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in HR.
