Flutter Developer - Dart (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and building advanced applications for mobile and web platforms using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features while ensuring high performance and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development :

- Design and build cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create feature-rich applications.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, and efficient resource utilization.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application quality.

Testing and Deployment :

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and robustness.

- Deploy applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Maintenance :

- Monitor and maintain existing applications, fixing bugs and adding enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with Flutter/Dart trends and implement best practices.

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience :

- Proven experience in mobile app development with Flutter and Dart (1-3 years preferred).

- Experience with native app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.), and animations.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.

- Proficiency in Git and version control tools.

- Familiarity with Firebase, databases, and backend services.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes.

- Knowledge of design principles and responsive UI/UX implementation.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
