As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the organization's growth by sourcing and attracting top talent.
You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Your role will involve close collaboration with hiring managers and guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Source candidates through job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they match the required qualifications and fit with company culture.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and overall potential.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
