Key responsibilities of a Reception HR role may include:

Maintaining Records and Documentation: Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, helping with the organization of documents, forms, and files.
Employee Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process by helping new employees complete required paperwork and providing them with necessary information.
Coordinating HR Events: Helping to organize employee engagement activities, HR meetings, training sessions, or other internal events.
Data Entry and Reporting: Assisting with data entry into HR systems, tracking employee attendance, and assisting with reports for HR management.
