As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top talent to drive our organization's growth. You will leverage your expertise to build a strong talent pipeline, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in alignment with business objectives.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards like Naukri, Linkedin, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
• Negotiate compensation packages and extend job offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
