Job Description
- Complete Accounts Management: Maintain and update day-to-day financial transactions, ledgers, and journals in Tally.
- GST Compliance: Ensure proper filing of GST returns and manage the GST-related transactions and reconciliation.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle statutory obligations related to EPF , ESI , TDS , and PT , including regular filings and submissions.
- Taxation: Prepare and file TDS returns, calculate tax deductions, and ensure timely compliance with tax laws.
- Preparations and Returns: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and accounting reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to track expenditures, income, and profitability.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and systematic record-keeping of all financial data.
- Tally Expertise: Proficient in Tally ERP and other accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, EPF, ESI, TDS, and PT: Sound understanding and practical experience of tax compliance and statutory filing.
- Accountancy Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and financial statements.
- Experience in Preparation and Returns: Proven ability to prepare and file accurate returns for GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as an Accountant, with hands-on experience in accounting software and statutory compliance.
- This is a full-time position, and the salary will be negotiable based on the candidate s qualifications and experience.
