Expense and revenue management, book-keeping on Tally, compliance, & basic understanding of direct & indirect taxes, coordination with Auditors, MIS reporting on MS-Excel
Accounting:
Day to day book-keeping and Bank Reconciliation for India and US
Manage Finance and Account related queries of all Vendors and Business Associates and Staff
Examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compliance:
Assist with and act as the primary point of contact for auditor requests for all requirements.
Compliance with payment, reporting and other statutory requirements.
Manage banking/legal documentations and requirements
Ensure compliance and reporting related to Taxation and Company Law (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, EPF, Labour Laws etc.)
Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting and analysis of financial information
Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to financial processes
Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years experience in accounting, tally, excel and taxes.
